The cast of characters was what really stopped me at this place, and then I quickly came to appreciate the shape and color of the building itself. Plus the dichotomy of the bike path and the cars, divided by the fence, worked for me. There are the bikers, the customers and the shop crew populating the landscape. I think the white guy in shorts, who finally asked me what I was up to, is the service manager. He was plenty cool once I explained that I was making art.
