Colin and his team have been operating this cool-ass truck around Las Vegas for the last couple of years. They recently opened a shop in Hollywood too. They’re serving up all-American burgers with a Japanese twist and their food is delicious. I caught them when they had set up for the monthly First-Friday event in downtown and instantly appreciated the vibe of the truck.
